You may cancel your booking free of charge 48 hours prior to arrival UNLESS: you reserved for a long weekend or are part of a group booking of 3 rooms or more or special events like HAWEATER OR COUNTRY FEST which then require 2 weeks of notice. Failure to call and cancel, cancellations made after the allotted deadline (in accordance with your type of booking) or "NO SHOWS" will be charged the full amount, per room, of the first night's stay. All subsequent nights will be cancelled at that time.
Hawberry Motel accepts only Visa, Master Card to book and hold a room in advance.
If the given credit card information is invalid or declined Hawberry Motel is not responsible for the holding of rooms.
A pre-authorized security deposit in the amount of $200 is required at the time of booking and will be returned once
guests checks out, the room has been inspected and is found acceptable.
Payment may be made by cash or Interac upon checking in.
